The art of walking meditation is to give your full attention to the experience of walking.
Meditation and mindfulness practices are shown to reduce stress, increase creativity and focus, and replenish lost energy.
The class begins with a short movement practice to let out tension in the body and settle your focus onto your breathing. The walking meditation practice will be 15-20 minutes.
You do not need any experience with meditation or yoga to participate in this class. The method is simple and each individual takes it at their own pace.
