Yoga during pregnancy supports this process, putting you in the best possible condition for birth and post-partum healing. Whether you need lots of rest or enjoy movement, I will guide you through a flexible practice which allows you to honour the needs of your body in the moment. You will learn exercises to support core integrity, and breathing exercises to soothe the nervous system and help during the birthing process.
