New to yoga?

My classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga. The movement sequence follows the principle of Vinyasa Krama, which means step-by-step progression. This makes the class easy to follow even if it is your first time. I will guide you to work at your own limits so that you choose the intensity of your practice. As you develop your practice over time you will become more sensitive to the logic in your movement and take your practice to a deeper level. The result is a stronger and more capable body ready to move through the world with more confidence and less pain.


Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

You do not need to bring your own mat. You can borrow a mat and have use of any other props. Though, I do recommend to have your own mat if you are practicing regularly.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, soft clothing which can stretch with your movement. Bring a warm cardigan or jumper for resting.

Is there a changing room and shower?

There is a private changing area in all locations.

Is there a safe place to store my belongings?

Your belongings are kept safe in the practice room.
