My classes are perfect for those who are new to mindfulness and movement practices. The movement sequences follow the principle of step-by-step progression. This makes the class easy to follow even if it is your first time. I will guide you to work at your own limits so that you choose the intensity of your practice. As you develop your practice over time you will become more sensitive to the logic in your movement and take your practice to a deeper level. The result is a stronger and more capable body ready to move through the world with more confidence and joy of movement.
