Whether you wake up feeling heavy, or ready to get moving, morning exercise is a great way to start your day.
Morning flow sequences are designed to loosen tension and build up your energy. For those who need to start slow, we begin lying or sitting down, and move towards a standing flow. In this way tension in the neck, shoulders, and spine can be relieved before more dynamic sequences are attempted.
For those of you who like to get moving, there is a selection of more dynamic practices designed to get you moving gently without draining your energy.

These practices are suitable to do first thing in the morning, after a long day sitting down, or any time you would like to replenish your energy.
This class is also suitable if you have back pain, an injury, or are post natal.
