Mindful movement flow incorporates mindfulness practices along with movement. The focus is on creating awareness of movement and breath. We use a mix of gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and restorative poses.
You will learn techniques to ease tension, reduce pain, and move through your life with greater ease. Each class ends with a resting pose, a breathing exercise, and a mindful meditation.
This class is 90 minutes. It is recommended for you who are in fair physical form without any major injuries. There is no flexibility required.
