This class is recommended for you who are in fair physical form without any major injuries. There is no flexibility required.

A class for you who likes to take things a bit more gently. We take extra time to warm up the body, focusing on hips and spine, then move through a gentle sequence of poses designed to improve posture and reduce muscle tension through correct movement. Learn to spot building tension and best practices to release it, which you can use off the mat too.
This class is also suitable if you have back pain, an injury, or are post natal.
Your body goes through a lot of changes while creating and nurturing your baby. Yoga during pregnancy supports this process, putting you in the best possible condition for birth and post-partum healing. Whether you need lots of rest or enjoy movement, I will guide you through a flexible practice which allows you to honour the needs of your body in the moment. You will learn exercises to support core integrity, and breathing exercises to soothe the nervous system and help during the birthing process.

Bring your baby along for a post-natal class which helps you to heal your body and learn to find peaceful moments in the midst of the chaos. You will learn exercises to restore the integrity of your core after pregnancy and birth, helping you to heal your body and maintain your best possible quality of life.

Are you new to Oslo or looking for yoga classes in english? International flow is a vinyasa class for internationals with a social slant. Along with all the benefits of a yoga class, you will become part of a group of yogis from all over the world. We have a social event once a month after class.
International flow practice is a mix of active and restorative poses which will leave you feeling strong and calm. Bringing mindfulness to movement will teach you to be more focused. Step-by-step progression through sequences allows you to work safely at your own personal limits.
Private yoga classes allow you to focus more deeply on personal intentions and needs. You can supplement a weekly group class with periodic private classes. Beginning yoga students and those with injuries can benefit from the extra care and attention that private classes give. The knowledge from private classes can then be taken into group classes.
For those with an established or home practice, one-on-one time with a teacher can help you to overcome obstacles, meet personal goals, go deeper into movement and, ultimately, into stillness.
